Love it here! The owners, coaches and members are the friendliest people you will meet. Everyone treats you like family and the workouts are fun and incredibly challenging. Whether you new to fitness or have been in the industry for a long time, there are workout options for every level of fitness.
There's also an area with a tv for the kids to hang out while you're working out which is a huge bonus! Best decision I made was joining!

Its been 6 months since I have been at Resolution CrossFit and I couldn't be happier. I was at another CrossFit years ago and swore that I wouldn't even consider it again after my lower back was always painful. At the previous venue I was constantly told I was not stretching properly. It turned out that I was not taught the proper form and soon after I quit my back felt back to normal within weeks.

I'm glad a friend convinced me to give it another shot. I now am able to exercise at a higher limit without the pain thanks to the amazing coaches, especially Emily and Matt. The bonus is that I also get to workout with a great group of people from begginners to more advanced that are very encouraging.

If you are still not sure I highly recommend a trial. Its a very clean and organized place with amazing coaches and a great community to workout with. You won't be disappointed!

What a great environment for health and fitness. And if the fitness isn’t enough there’s a medical doctor in the space that is involved in the process! How cool is that?
I highly recommend this for any level of fitness. The gym is the future of healthcare. If you want to be able to avoid the medical system, start today! It’s never too late to get started.

Biggest Crossfit I've been to. I've been to over a dozen in different ones and this is a good one. Other Crossfitters were very friendly which I haven't found to be very common.
