This place has been amazing to me. The first therapist I had I liked, but something happened and I was reassigned to a new therapist. My new therapist has been amazing. Sarah S. is always on time and friendly. Always working towards my goals. This place also does telehealth which was very important to me. I don't always have a way to my appointments and to be able to be home and in my own comfortable surroundings is also a major plus.

I don’t know who in the office does not like me or Maryanne but it is torture to be continuously scheduled with Marianne for no reason, which she has no fault at all with whatever is going on amongst her and somebody in the office who I don’t know keeps on purposely and maliciously scheduling us for a video call conference, but I am being disturbed with these harassing phone calls, and this has got to stop. This is a form of abuse and retaliation against both the provider and the client. I am no longer with Renewing help because they lack honesty and depth when it comes to releasing information in, which is very important when it comes to court matters with the state nevertheless I have full cI am no longer with Renewing help because they lack honesty and depth when it comes to releasing information in, which is very important when it comes to court, but I gave the consent and even spoke with the supervisor, “ Carlos,” who gave me a call from a private number how ghetto! I was even told to come inside the office by one of their staff from the Riverside location because the representative told me to, “ Come in and pick up some documents and they would see what they could do.”

This place is an absolute JOKE! I had called for them to send me a link to my email it took them over a week I had to call multiple times and no one ever answers .Finally they send me the link and say call back as soon as I finish to get an appointment schedule .Which I did .for a whole week I called multiple times no one answered I’ve left multiple messages. I called again today 5/21 and the girl says because it took so long for me to call they will not see my son now!! I told her I’ve been calling and leaving voice messages every day . She says wait a week for someone to call me back with a decision?! What the hell does that even mean a “decision “ so what my sons referral is no longer valid all because these front desk people can’t return a phone call or pick up a phone !! How RIDICULOUS ,highly unprofessional ,this place is a a damn joke.Ill be taking my son else where to get help.

I admit, getting used to their rules, and their policies took a minute for my brain to compute, but once I understood they have been nothing but great. I will say coming to this facility, Communication is key. Communicating with them about your needs and your lifestyle, so that they can better service you. I have been a little disappointed about their group services, but their 101 services are phenomenal. I think it’s important to keep in mind that therapy is a journey and you’re not going to get along with every therapist, so if you’re not getting along with your therapist, my recommendation would be to let them know immediately so that they can change your therapist. No facility for therapy is perfect and that includes this one. However, I will say that the staff does their absolute best to accommodate you when you needed and to meet you somewhere in the middle so that you can keep your therapy sessions and get your meds. Consistency is definitely key at this facility. The more you commit to your sessions, the more they commit to you.

If your looking for therapy with interns this is the place to go. I had my intake in March with an intern who then was supposed to make an appointment with a therapist. I asked for female, they gave me a male, i cancelled that. 2nd appointment was with an unlicensed intern. I requested, from Crystal, that they set me up with a licensed therapist. 3rd appointment is with an intern. I ended that session. Called to ask to speak to manager they wont give me a name and cannot guarantee that the insurance will not be billed. All the while I am in true need of help and it's now August! Don't go here. Do not recommend.

Renewing Hope is awful. When you call them they will place you on hold for over 20 minutes. The therapist are incompetent and all they do is repeat what you said to them as if that will help you. They provide nothing to help you cope. Your just lost with no techniques no coping skills and it's a pure waste of time and they seem to be racist all up and through the office. I would never suggest this counseling service PERIOD!!
