They have great customer service- it’s always very easy to get in touch- I have spoken with Daniel as well as Kevin multiple times on the phone when I’ve had issues refilling medication—They are so efficient and kind. Clint Nacar is my psychiatric nurse- I can tell he works so hard and is always busy with patients- but is always on time With our zoom appointments and genuinely cares about my well being. Renewed mental health has been so great I’m happy I found them

They have been concise and quick to help me as a new patient. I have struggled getting psychiatric help for many years, being on Medi-Cal, and this is the first time I have been able to access and receive help. Miguel Castellanos has been very helpful in assisting me and listens to my needs and concerns. Moreover, I rescheduled an appointment and Daniel helped me, kind and quick. I have had only a positive experience so far.

4 star for now since I want more experience with Renewed but 5 star for Mike Jr. My first experience with Renewed was alright. Mike Jr. Was kind & patient with me! He helped me with my forms & was available whenever I called back forquestionsn about the form.

I was having an issue with my prescription refill, so called and both times I spoke with Daniel. When I called the second time, he recognized me right away and assured me he had tried to contact my provider, but would again right after we hung up. Sure enough, within about 30 minutes, he called me back to confirm that my prescription order had been sent to my pharmacy and I would be able to pick it up later that day. Thank you for the quick and efficient service Daniel!
