Emily Grant was amazing in every aspect of my home sale experience. I live out of town and she assisted with obtaining estimates for preparing the property for sale. She opened the property to be repaired and coordinated with the restoration contractor. She then staged the property and was able to find a buyer from her own Clients. The property went under contract in five days. The process of inspection and resolution of the items found needing repair was again done seamlessly. I did not have to return to Durango one time during the sales process. I live 400 miles from Durango so this was very helpful. Emily was immediately responsive and very knowledgeable in the whole process of the sale. If I ever had to do Real estate business again in Durango, I would use Emily without question.
