I had only been to one massage before trying Relax Mind and Body massage and that was as a gifted massage. Jessica at Relax Mind and Body has done wonders for the pain I have had in my upper and lower back as well as my neck. She has relieved the tension and “knots” I continually get from working at a desk and in front of a computer from week to week. I can not recommend Jessica enough. Laurel and Stephanie are wonderful as well if you’re looking for a little something different to change it up. They do amazing work here at the massage salon. The front desk staff are always so nice and pleasant and very helpful getting you scheduled and finding dates that work with your schedule. I am so very happy I have found this place! I am always handing out their cards!! Do something for yourself and give them a call! You will not be disappointed!

Laurel was awesome! She was so gentle and went at my pace. She was very kind and easy to talk to and share my story. I will definitely be back I’ve already got my husband an apt with Laurel so she can work her magic on his problem issues.

This was my first visit to the spa and I had Jessica as my therapist. She was absolutely amazing. I told her where my general problem areas were and it's like she could read my body like a book. I don't think I've ever had a better massage. I will absolutely be back. The atmosphere is relaxing as well and the customer service was 5 star from beginning to end.

I love Jessica. I’m a L&I patient and I feel worked on and relaxed. She is very nice and listens to how you’re feeling. While she gives her my massage it is very hard to stay awake. She’s tiny and has strong hands, as well as a beautiful personality. I’d recommend her to anyone….also all the other masseurs are just fantastic as Jessica!
