My teen daughter was going through a very difficult time after losing a friend and staying home from school for months late last year. She was becoming depressed and started to suffer from anxiety. I immediately started looking for help for her and was put in contact with therapist Kylia Clark at the Relate Therapy Center. We drove over an hour every week to see her and it was worth it. My daughter felt comfortable with Mrs. Clark, enjoyed her sessions, and received the help and guidance she needed. She was able to overcome her sadness and anxiety in a healthy way with Mrs. Clark's guidance. She is now back to being the happy, mentally healthy teenager she was before she lost her friend and the pandemia occurred. I would highly recommend Mrs. Clark as a therapist and would definitely reach out to her if my daughter ever needs therapy again.
