Refinery Counseling has been nothing but a blessing for me. I have been given the best therapist ever Miss Rhonda Hailey I’m telling you I do not think that I would be able to cope if it wasn’t for her my weekly sessions certainly keep me grounded. They keep me focused. They keep me hopeful, optimistic, and just let me know that I’m going to be all right. I’m able to keep things in perspective. I will tell anybody and I would recommend Refinery Counseling to anyone. A little therapy goes a long way and I appreciate my therapist thank you.

Rhonda has been absolutely great. I would highly recommend not only her but the organization as a whole. I would highly recommend her our session has been very productive and professional. I typically don’t do reviews but I feel some type of way. I try my best to support BLACK OWNED businesses but it seems we can’t get it right. If I could give 0 stars I would. It is important to me to have a black woman as a therapist because I feel more comfortable to open up about hardships I’ve faced in my life. I’ve been calling this counseling service since last year and I even filled out the form online twice. I have been calling this company for most of 2023 and not getting a response. I’ve left so many voicemails and I texted the Google voice number listed and STILL no response. I even called one time and they picked up and hung the phone up! I called right back and i was sent to voicemail. Since I visited the site last year, I have noticed some changes to the site like new therapist added to the site. As a business owner myself, I understand that businesses go through changes and updates but it’s all about communication. Being this is a counseling service, you would think that they would have that common courtesy. A callback would have made a difference. A simple “Hey, we’ve gotten your messages and we haven’t forgotten about you. We’re updating a few things within the business, but as soon as we’re able, we will get back to you.” Patients and potential patients should feel important, especially when seeking such services as therapy because you never know what a person is going through. DO BETTER BLACK WOMAN.
