I found Reed's Home Solutions via ANGI, and we couldn't be happier with their work! From Brent (Project Mgr), Rick (and his crew), Jim (installer of radon fan, etc) to Shawn (electrician), all treated us respectfully and patiently.... answering all of our questions and just plain being kindly. We had but a small crawl space under our house, but high radon readings. Rick's team did an awesome job of encapsulating that space! Our radon readings went from over 21 picocuries to under 4. Yay! All of this work was done in a timely way with the greatest respect for our schedules and property. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

Timely, professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, courteous……these are just a few words that I would use to describe Josh and rest of the Reed’s Crew. I called them with a crawl space humidity problem. They came on site, talked me through options that they felt best suited my needs and answered every question that I could think of. In 3 days of work, they completely transformed our crawl space. I went from having a humidity problem to a sealed space with 40% humidity in no time flat.

From the estimate to the actual completion of the job, it was an easy, stress-free experience. Matt’s knowledge and estimate for the update of my basement sump pumps was straight forward and better that the 3 other companies I talked too. The day the installation was performed was just as good. Tyler and Oliver showed up in a timely manner and were very polite and respectful. They installed the pumps and did a great job with the installation and clean up. Tyler is a credit to your company and I would have him back to my house again to do anything in my home. Reeds Home Solutions is a quality company and the people there are good people. Call them if you need any home improvements. You’ll be glad you did.

We had our garage apartment floor spray foamed by Reed's. They were unbelievably quick, responsive, respectful, clean, and professional with their work. Showed up early to prepare the space and asked questions before doing anything not discussed in the contract. Would HIGHLY recommend for any type of foam insulation work! Great company!

Ultimately we chose to go with Reed's because of Ethan's honesty and patience. He answered every question we had, took his time, was knowledgeable. He admitted to mistakes the company had made in the past and how they went about fixing it - which made us feel that he was truthful and honest. Reed's wasnt the lowest quote we got by far but we knew they would get it done right. The crew who actually installed the insulation (exterior wall insulation) did a great job. They were very happy to do this for us and really wanted to make an impact on our home. A few times I inspected what they were doing (just as a curiosity) I found that the places they could have cut corners, they did not. If we ever need someone to help install insulation in the future, we will go with Reed's.
