The Red Thread Institute is not your run-of-the-mill Qi Gong school. Entering this program was the first step in completely changing my life. The Medical Qigong For Self Mastery programme is probably the best investment I’ve made in my Qigong journey. It has been life-changing. I now have the knowledge and the tools to create a personalised Qigong system to meet my needs.

The live online meetings with a Michael Sweeney and small group of fellow Qigong enthusiasts enhanced the process with the sharing, the questions, the lessons and the relaxed space we all created.

The course itself is educational, easy to work with and very enjoyable, add in the health qigong and other courses and The Red Thread Institute is really a one stop shop for all things Qigong and TCM.

I just completed the TCM Theory I Course at Red Thread. I'm also in the process of studying to become a Medical Qi-Gong Practitioner. Both courses are extremely comprehensive, and Dr. Sweeney is doing his best to impart all the knowledge and information to his students. He always creates space for additional questions, and even though the material can be difficult for a newbie, he uses live classes, written material, videos, and additional notes to keep everyone engaged and make the material easy to learn. I highly recommend all the courses at Red Thread Institute (my husband completed Insight Qigong and he is equally pleased with his experience) and can say nothing but good words about my experience.
