God Bless Russell. He has been tenacious in patiently working with our Insurance Company to get our roof hail & wind damage claim approved. He keeps detailed records of all contacts, & calmly reminds those who need to know; dates & times, names, & details, including exactly what the person said, when. He keeps his emotions out of the equation, no matter how exasperated he may feel. I rarely give anyone a 5 star rating, as I believe there's always room for improvement, but with this gentleman, I didn't hesitate.

Russel came out to look at our roof on March 20. I asked him several times if we stand a change with insurance. He told us, even though our insurance company is difficult with paying, he would give it a try. Never heard anything from him since.
If there was nothing he could have done, just say so and don't let someone hanging for over a month. I asked him to be honest from the beginning.
