In February of 2020, just before the pandemic, I bought a vehicle from US auto in Alto, financed thru Ready Finance. In September of 2020, I was just laid off work due to the pandemic, and I totaled the car. It wasn’t my fault, however the other driver didn’t have uninsured drivers coverage so it left me with the car. Luckily I had the gap insurance thru Ready Finance. I was told there was a deductible of $500. I couldn’t afford to pay it because I was laid off. I was told there was another way to work around it and that everything was fine and heard nothing since. 4 years later, I’m trying to purchase a vehicle and was told there was a voluntary repossession on my credit report. I keep track of these things thru various services. This was the first I heard of it. I was told everything was good and owed nothing. Not once has anyone contacted me. Even now after numerous messages and emails. Do NOT get the the gap insurance!!!

I'd leave a negative star if I could. These people choose this line of work because most other places require them to have a heart. As a young, single, disabled mother who's been in and out of the hospital, these people have the nerve to come and remove my only vehicle right before the holidays with zero remorse (keep in mind I offered them every bit of proof of my hospitalizations to which they refused). Claiming no payment made in over a month which is a lie because I have statements. Also after we had previously agreed upon payments being made by this Friday. Not by yesterday. So, ready finance, have the day you deserve and the most miserable holidays as that is what you are causing my children and I. I'll be sure no one that I know and care about ever does business with you because god forbid people fall on hard times. Yall live for peoples hard times. And one day you'll meet your own karma for that.

Where do I start i was in desperate need of a vehicle like ASAP so I found this place online usa so I called shot out to britt he was a very good sales representative he did everything he said he would..
I ended up putting a $1000 down for a buick enclave once again britt held me down...
At the beginning the people at the finance department would act like there here for you to need your need ect..there was alot of hardship that I was going through at that point and time so theyset me up for a arrangement but as time when on that started getting on some bs things started going on with the vehicle after 60days my warranty had expired so they would not service my vehicle ...
Since I had this vehicle I've been trying to get my payments to monthly i even paid a few payments ahead to try to get it switch to monthly because they said they would do so....
But i had no success with getting it done the constantly text you hello friend reminding you about a payment is needed i just got tired of these people so I started to slack up on the payments a bit i realize that this place allows you to pay a low down with a super high interest rate you end up paying three times what the car is worth they lock you in for five-years..so while I was waiting on a representative to get back to me supposed to be finding out how much it would be monthly because she told me it would go up now I'm already paying $300 by weekly that's $600 a month I don't know how much they wanted to go up to but anyway while I was waiting for the representative to get back they was letting me know i was on th border line basically from getting the truck repo so I told the representative can she please get back to me with that information two days go by and the car was gone this place is so unprofessional when they so-called send your file to the legal department that's who you deal with from that point on no phone number just a email everything is dint through email if you call read finance they'll tell you it's locked...I recommend if you are in desperate need like I was sometimes it's better to pay a little more for a down-payment through a rap reputable dealership that do two half 3 years tops and provides way better customers service then this place they are a hole in the wall you can even go to the office ..oh and when your in repo status you'll have to meet them at the police station parking lot to get your belongings in Cornelia ga I'm glad I'm free I'm a rent until I'm ready again peace and blessings....

Well I got a car from them and since I’ve had the car it’s been broke down they come get it and say it’s fixed and it breaks down again so this last time car broke down on the highway I’ve lost my job twice due to this car now that the car is fixed they want a payment but I’m feel I shouldn’t have to make a payment because the car may break down again in the next few days like always it’s been the same way for the last year it’s supposed to be a good car when I purchased it but since having the car it’s been broke down majority of the time what am I supposed to do now this is getting out of hand

I’ve been with this company for almost a year on my auto loan! They are very friendly and understanding! The vehicle I purchased had some mechanical problems and Ready Finance helped me every step of the way! They quickly got my car fixed and I haven’t had another problem with it since! They also offer free oil changes which I think is pretty awesome. I highly recommend using Ready Finance for your auto loan!!!!

I have bought two cars with Ready Finance and have never had a problem , I have never had an issue with that was not taken care of by their staff. They have always been respectful , kind and accommodating. Both cars were bought with zero down and that was a blessing for me at the time.
