Ramona Physical Therapy is the best! I'm recovering from a knee replacement and Janaya is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Selena at the front desk always has a smile and can answer any questions and the rest of the staff know their stuff and encourage you through your session with firm guidance and humor. I've been using RPT for 6 years and highly recommended them.

Everyone at this office is so nice and welcoming. Celina at the front desk was so helpful and on top of my appts and anything that had to do with the insurance stuff. She took care of all it. I got injured at work and was in serious pain after a bad muscle tear in my hip. My therapist Dakota was amazing! She was so on top of my therapy and actually heard what I had to about about my pain and what I was experiencing. She was such a great motivator and encouraged me through all of it. This is the place to go if you’re needing help. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Ramona is lucky to have a therapist like Dakota. Thank you so much.

I have been receiving PT for my back and now my knees (military injuries) for several months now and I feel very comfortable coming here. They do a wonderful job of making sure the facility is clean and professional but also warm and friendly. They do a through job of teaching me how to take better care of my injuries. I have received PT at several other places in the past and I am impressed with this place. I will be coming back when I need more care for sure.

Ramona Physical Therapy is the Best. So nice to have their services here in Ramona!! I had palm contracture surgery on my left hand. Signing up at their office with Salina at the front desk was made simple and scheduling my appointments were easy. I had 7 sessions for my therapy and the therapists were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring! Everything was very clean and sanitized after each use. Special thanks to Allie and Dave for I saw them the most. Thank you Jerame, Ryan and the rest of the crew. My hand is now healed and back to normal.

Ramona physical therapy is hands-down the best facility I’ve gone to to get treated. All the staff is super friendly, they make booking and rescheduling appointments simple. And the physical therapists are all extremely attentive and make sure that you were not only taken care of, but that you are diligent in maintaining a home routine as well. I would highly recommend Ramona physical therapy for anyone looking to get treated for an existing, or recent issue.

I found Janaya Pfeifer PT, MPT to be excellent in the specific exercise routines she gave me for what was needed to continue me on the road to better health in movement and posture as quickly as possible post hip surgery and post wrist fracture. Continuing the exercises at home were of course important and strongly encouraged, but she also always checked to see how I was doing with home routines, and shifted out exercises to suit my needs. She had great practical suggestions.
As a nurse myself, it is clear that Janaya knows her field of medicine well and is a great lead therapist at this Ramona location. I felt extremely confident being under her care and expertise. She educates you in the process of learning the exercises, which always helps me to understand why certain types of exercises are important, and what they accomplish.
It has a very warm, family-type feel, yet with definite PT professional expertise. Other staff assistants there were always helpful as well in making sure exercises were done correctly, nicely correcting you if not being done in a way to gain most benefit. Celina, at front desk, is top notch in making sure all appts and insurance issues are taken care of, needs ate met, and is extremely warm and friendly ! A very positive and encouraging environment it has been for me all the way around.
I look forward to returning to them for any further PT, as needed. Cj

Every time I go in there they have me do the exercises I do at home. My wife went in there as a stroke patient and she clearly needed cervical work that's what she was in for and they had her doing lower back exercises

The receptionist, PT and assistant staff are all very friendly. Jeremy as well as each assistant and any float therapist that worked with me over the course of 3 months did an amazing job helping me get back to my usual activity again.
