After my appointment they told me they would call me in a few days about my results. Never got a call. I messaged them multiple times and never got a response. I’ve called and left voicemails and still no response. After telling me she would call in my new birth control that day, I went to my pharmacy to pick it up and they said nothing had been called in. I had to message Dr. Birt, and she FINALLY called it in a week later. If I had known there would be no communication, I would have never gone here in the first place! It’s so unprofessional, they did not take me seriously as a patient.

I went to this OB-GYN nearly two weeks ago now. They will not return my phone calls to discuss the blood work that was taken even after multiple messages. I requested medication (one of the main reasons for the appointment), and it still hasn’t been called in. The lack of communication towards me has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Had I known that I would be treated like this I would have discussed it at my primary care doctor’s appt. that morning. I have NEVER had this much of an issue getting a response from a caregiver.

Dr. Birt came highly recommended and she didn't disappoint. She is very easy to talk with and speaks to you in a language you feel comfortable being around. Her staff is top notch professional yet there is a warmth about the practice. I am very pleased.

I’ve never had a problem until this morning. I called to get an update on my test results and the young lady was very unwelcoming. I then received a missed call I then returned the call which the same lady answered I was greeted with the same unwelcoming voice & attitude.

Radiant Women's Health is a friendly and caring environment. Dr. Birt and her office staff makes you feel very welcoming. I have been going here for several years, and I love going here getting my yearly check ups. Dr. Birt is very knowledgeable, caring, and she spends time with her patients getting to know them. I am so glad I decided to have my surgery. Dr. Birt performed my Hysterectomy Surgery. I had very large (Fibroids) in my Uterus. I must say that I am feeling sooo much better. After my surgery I had little to no pain at all. In six weeks I was back to all of my regular activities. I will definitely recommend Dr. Birt to all of my friends and family. I've been here on 3 occasions and am making Dr. Kathleen Johnson my gynecologist from now on. She's done my pap smear and it was quick and it wasn't even uncomfortable. She's attentive and tries her best to find a solution while you're in the office to make the most of your time.

I previously went to Eagles Landing and one thing I hated about them is that they always want you to come into the office for the smallest things (like letting you know you have a clean bill of health) without any regard to the fact most people have to pay for office visits with or without insurance. This is not the case with Dr. Johnson, she doesn't make unnecessary appointments and gives you exceptional care.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the wait times could be a little quicker. I usually schedule appointments during my lunch time and leave around some 25 minutes after the hour.

I have gone to this office for a few years now and Dr. Ju is a great doctor. She has amazing bedside manner and I really feel like she cares about the things going on with me at any given time. Everyone in her office is really nice and professional.
