I took my exam on 11/27 and I did not like that the smoke detector was chirping the entire exam. I had ear plugs in to muffle the sound, however that was unsuccessful. Other than that, the two ladies working the desk were nice.

I took an exam on 9/28/24 at 0800. I wore a hooded sweatshirt to the exam and went through the normal protocols before entering the exam room.

There was a standing air conditioner in the room, and it became extremely cold to the point where I could not feel my hands anymore. At that point I put my hood over my head to keep warm. The proctor came in to bring in another test taker and pointed his finger in my face while telling me I needed to take the hood off or I would be banned from PSI for life!!! At that moment, I was only about 40 questions in and had 100 more to go. I had to collect my thoughts because I was extremely angry.

Luckily I ended up passing the test, but what if I failed because of the unhinged and unprofessional proctor that pointed his finger in my face? I told him it was unprofessional when I finished my test and he apologized, but he said he was just trying to warn me of the possible ban for pulling the hood of my sweatshirt over my head. I called PSI and they told me that putting my sweatshirt over my head IS allowed.

I will never go to this site again to take a test!! Something must be done about this boy. He shouldn’t be a proctor!!

Awful service. I scheduled an exam and, without any notification, was told my test had been cancelled and I could “conveniently reschedule it on my own” when I arrived to take it in the morning. The individual working here was professional but hostile and did not help me in any way. If you need to schedule a test do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I almost didn’t come here based off some of the reviews but I’m glad I decided to take my test here anyways. The gentleman who signed me in was very welcoming and so was the young lady who signed me into the computer. It was clean, quiet, and overall a good experience! I also passed my exam 🙂

Beware of this testing center, one employee told me I couldn’t use the calculator that they provided due to my “sponsor not allowing me”. Well I called my sponsor and they absolutely do let me use any calculator, whether it’s one that I bring or one provided by the testing center. So I literally failed my exam solely because this employee didn’t know the rules of the exam I was taking. Make sure you know what you can and can’t bring to your exam ahead of time and get it in writing and/or have someone you can contact in case there are issues because clearly the employees don’t know.

EDIT: Since the owner responded claiming they must follow the rules that the sponsor sets, let me go ahead and reiterate that my sponsor clearly states I can use ANY calculator I want whether I bring one or the testing center provides one. In fact when I called my sponsor to ask about this they told me this was the first time they had EVER heard of this happening and had no issues in the past with using a calculator at the testing center. So again, employee/center doesn’t know the rules regardless.

Horrible experience. I got there early enough to do everything I needed for my test. I get seated in a corner with a part of the roof missing above it with spiderwebs everywhere. My exam ended up giving me an error, so they moved me into this other room. I’m in this room; they had this loud system right next to me with buckets of water. They still couldn’t get my exams to work, so I pretty much wasted 45 minutes. They basically told me that I needed to get in contact with Pearson Vue and gave me a case number. At this point, I’m somewhat glad that I received an error message and couldn’t take the test because the building needs to be remodeled. After waiting 45 minutes, I was already frustrated when the test was two hours long, and I had somewhere to be afterward. I will never choose this testing center again.
