I had an emergency this weekend involving a water leak at my apartment complex so I called the emergency after hours line and got Louella Saberon. She was a delight. Not only did she contact the property manager for me multiple times as I made it clear the intended solution would not work but she answered my calls promptly and kept me in the loop the entire time. My manager Alisha was also very courteous, coming by at 9:00 pm on a Sunday to ensure the proper measures were taken to prevent any damage to my property while we waited for a vendor to handle the work order.

Very unorganized and unprofessional company. DO NOT rent from this company! They will take about a week to respond to an email and ignore your concerns/questions when written in an email. Kristin Gentile is the manager and aware of these issues but doesn’t take care of them. Rafaela Lugo is very rude and difficult to communicate with. Our security deposit will now probably be delivered past the 21 calendar days. They had 21 days to communicate with us but on the 20th day they expect us to drop everything or miss work to drive 30 minutes to their office and pick up our returned deposit check.
An example at the bottom, we don’t get concerns acknowledged or response from Rafaela to confirm the email was received.
