Jenny Kepler is an amazingly gifted, compassionate, and skilled therapist. Her warm, grounded, and authentic presence make it easy to open up and talk about the more difficult stuff. I love how she is able to be compassionate while also being engaged and direct, leaving you feel seen and heard. As a parent, she really gets how parenting can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging at times, allowing you to feel accompanied on the journey. I highly recommend her.

Psyched in San Francisco is a one of a kind gem in the heart of this city we love. It is a heartfelt offering I am delighted to be a part of. It is the direct embodiment of its two sharp, psychologically astute and lovely co-founders, who also comprise a small group of psychotherapists who offer authentic, caring and skilled support to the downtown community at large. I am honored to be one of them. Psyched is comprised, also, of a much larger community of writers, who are also psychotherapists whose offices are scattered across the city at large, and who contribute wisdom, humor and heart to the online magazine readers out there who are seeking real, honest contact via the written word. These online magazine articles are expressions and explorations of ordinary wisdom, psychology, spirituality, and human relationship. I'd like to think the therapists here are offering a similar steeping into these simple, human realms of everyday experience.
