I'm thankful for this treatment center. This is a beautiful place to get a reset. I feel at home here and I'm learning so much. I'm currently staying at the Gonzales house. Dalton is an amazing human being, who is very good at his job. I feel comfortable and confident talking with him. Therapist Chris is intelligent and caring. He really builds you up. Chef Priscilla makes amazing food and she's great to be around. Colton and Robyn are funny, sweet souls who excel at their positions. Case worker Josh goes to bat for you and instills confidence and reassurance to his clients. Helina and Jay do a great job of keeping the house in check, making for a healthy, safe and respectful environment. Nurse Caitlin is great at her job and I enjoy her humor (we speak to each other in a British accent). I thank God for setting me on the path to sobriety and I'm thankful for the entire staff here. God bless you all 🙏 A special shout-out to tech Molly who always made me feel better about myself, when she'd check on me she'd always take time to listen and give uplifting advice.

This has been a wonderful experience every tech and facilitator goes out of their way to make you comfortable and aids you in your recovery with all the tools you will ever need to stay sober as you continue your life thank you all so much for help to fix my life I love you all Josh you really turned my anxiety and anxiousness into a daily ability that I can use for the good the whole house family needs to know that they are god sends thank you all love you all!!! There is too many names to mention singly you all already know thanks everyone again!!

Before coming to profound I was lost, embarrassed, and just generally hated who I was. After leaving I now know I am loved, appreciated and have a life worth living. It took some time, looking into myself and being grateful for more things in my life. I made life long friends with other clients and I appreciate every single person I met with and interacted with. Especially everyone in the Gonzalez house. I thank Josh, Robin, Molly, Colton, Bridgette , Tara, Priscilla, Brent, Kane, Helena, Jesse, Katie, Camille, and everyone else there.

I came here for the 30 day inpatient detox/recovery. All of the staff, from house managers to group facilitators are all amazing. I can’t thank Helina, Jay, Bridget, Tara, Molly, Brent, Jo, Aaron, Dean, Jacob, Marie, Colton, Robin, Jeff, Lindsay, Jesse x2, Mitchell, Katie, Camille, Annika, Megan, Cowboy Dan, Jonathan, and Harold enough. Some of the biggest hearted, genuine, authentic and loving people I’ve ever met! Thanks to all of them, I learned more about myself in these 30 days than I have in my entire life, and I’m so grateful for all of them. There is a Superman of a case manager, Josh, that took care of all of the paperwork for my work LOA and state disability, so I was able to focus solely on my recovery. And his groups, as intense as they are, are some of the best in the house. He is definitely adept, not only as a case manager, but as a clinician/group facilitator that will help you in an honest, deep and meaningful way on your road to recovery. Caitlin, the in-house nurse, is very easy to talk to, kind, funny and advocated for me every single day. During my stay here, I was fortunate enough to have the assistant clinical director, Kane, as my therapist. My sessions with her were life-changing, as she is extremely intelligent, gentle, kind and was amazing at helping me get to the heart of my trauma, and how to heal it. And the chefs, Priscilla, John, and Wyonzey, are absolutely amazing! Three Incredible meals every day. There are two outings on the weekends, and different AA meetings during the week. Overall, my experience here was life-changing, and I will never forget all of my peers that I went through this with. I highly recommend this place for detox and recovery.

Beyond blessed to have found Profound! First time in treatment and I had the best experience ever. This place definitely gives you the motivation and determination to get sober. Definitely gives you the tools to stay sober!

Carmen- she will literally get an attitude with you if you decide not to go to the “night groups”. She will bug you all night about going and make you feel bad if you don’t.
Josh (case worker)- nice guy for the most part. Has absolutely zero time for everybody. There needs to be 2 or 3 of him. I relied on him to get my paperwork done for my job so I could still get paid while I was at the house. I was told by my HR department that not only was there multiple missing pages, but the wrong dates were put on my stuff, so I had 2 hours to try to get ahold of him and frantically get the paperwork re-submitted. If I didn’t do that myself (because he didn’t return any calls from my HR himself), I would not have gotten paid from my job, wouldn’t have been able to pay my rent or bills. That’s extremely unacceptable and ridiculous. I was PROMISED on my last day I’d have an early flight home because I was on a 3 hour time difference, BUT JOSH forgot to book my flight until the NIGHT BEFORE so I had to fly home at night and arrived home at 3 am! So I had to have my wife get out of bed, get our kids out of bed to go to the airport at 3 am to go get me because of this. She had to miss the next day of work because of this. The house itself is a nice getaway if you want a vacation. Most of the staff are brand new and don’t know what they are doing. We didn’t go over any steps on what to do once I got home or how to help me moving forward. So for $4,000/day I would not recommend. If you do go, you better call Josh 24/7, to make sure he gets your paperwork submitted, because it will be wrong. Your personal life and work checks depend on him which is crazy. Good luck. 👍🏻

What a wonderful place great facilities and a very good chef who provided 3 great meals a day the therapists were very caring and had the experience to help me get to the root of my problems not only helping me but helping me to help myself when I went back home. Profound is a great place to go for help I will never forget them and what they did for me and my family.
