They have case workers that are highly arrogant, show a lack compassion, and offer no kind of positive support for their clients!! Everyone deserves to feel that their case worker cares about them and are supportive at all times!!

This program used to be one of the top programs in this area. But due to the way we've been treated for the 2 years of being closed due to covid, with no date of returning yet, I am very disappointed in their actions. The staff still works and gets paid, but the clients remain at home for at least 6 to 8 months more
