Rented an airbnb here and was super excited for the pool, they even provided us with pool hours. We went down there, and the office lady was immediately extremely rude and didn't want us to go down to the pool. We explained about the airbnb and we had to convince her to even look for our names. When she couldn't find our names, which I assume the host should have provided, she continued to speak impatiently with us and refused to let us in. She found the paper provided from our host, but because it didn't have our names on it, she wouldn't let us in. I understand why she was unable to let us in, but she could have been more polite, professional and even just kind. It really set a bad mood for the rest of our evening and honestly ruined our stay..

Called to ask if they have a visitor’s day pass for out of town guest, (many clubs do, AND they came up under a Google search for public pool) they said “no, this is a private club.”

The old lady at the desk down to the pool was so rude and short with me off the bat, refused to let us enter because our Airbnb paperwork on her side had no names (I'm guessing the host was supposed to provide those) even though I paid for the condo and it says we can use the club and gives us the hours of operations... Super unprofessional and honestly sad...

From what I have heard about this pool and gym it would seem like an "up to date" place to go have a beer and chill out for how much everyone has to pay for this club. From what I have seen in person it needs work. The guy needs to have more screens or at least a way so that more then one person doesn't have to be watching the same thing (like most gyms) the equipment was well kept except for the cycling equipment. I would advice just using the weights or running. Now to the important stuff. The pool. Now there are two things that I didn't know going in one is that there is only one jacuzzi and it is inside. The other thing is that the nicer pool area is outside. Seems like the poor people who have to pay for this place have to be split between not having a jacuzzi outside and have the better pool being a season item. From an investment standard they should be able to afford to install a jacuzzi outside and improve the pool (remodel) inside. One last thought for the road is that they should allow everyone to eat anywhere and drink anything they want at this pool, the rules seems way to strict for having to pay so much.
