I started training with Dave over 20 yrs ago
He is 100% committed to the success of his customers . Whether it is advanced athletic training or rehab from an injury or weight loss . Oddly enough he knows your body better than you do . He can look at you and give you the exact workout specific to going faster , getting stronger , losing weight . Dave is trustworthy . I have worked out with Navy Seals , professional athletes that Dave was training the same day . He is sincere . He is an expert at achieving ones goals . Most trainers lag on core strengh . Not Dave !!!

this place is the CLEANEST gym in San Diego. Chris thoughtfully and meticulously put this studio together with amazing equipment you wouldn't find anywhere else in San Diego. It's currently set up for small group exercise and such a great rate. Go check it out if you're in the area. Can't beat the value this place offers.

The training my son received from Dave at Plyometrics was a game changer. After 8 sessions I could visibly see a change in my son’s athleticism and it proved to be the case for his football season this year. Looking forward to more training with Dave.
