Patricia Reynoso is the WORST victim advocate i have ever dealt with. Never gets back to me, never knows what’s going on, and always gives me the wrong information. I’m dealing with a case regarding someone i placed a restraining order with and she never tells me anything useful or anything i don’t already know. Not to mention, because of her negligence, i requested a new VA and instead of assigning me to someone else, she just stopped talking to me and i haven’t heard from her in 2 months. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no regard for the VICTIMS she’s supposed to be helping

Edit 2nd time here came at 8:20am again waiting well over an hour. No customers Hardly any patrons. 4 workers or windows open. I have been sitting here well over 2 hours.. what a joke!!
4th time here. 2 hours again 3 windows open for my number and they have only taken 4 numbers.. also came yesterday beyond rude worse then the DMV workers

Unless you’re a lawyer, going here is a waste of time. You have to have done all your research prior to walking into the building to get anybody to actually help you. Or just be a lawyer and you’ll know what to do.

The first visit to file my dissolution was quick. However, every time I call to follow up I’m told it’s been processed and everything is fine, the courts are just backed up which is the last step I guess so give it a couple more weeks. This would be fine if it was the truth and actually only a couple weeks!! I feel like they just lie on the phone to get you off the like quickly. I filed almost 9 months ago, ridiculous and unacceptable since this process is supposed to be 6 months. They’ve had 3 extra months and they’ve done nothing. I don’t even have to appear for this situation, just need a signature. A shame I didn’t live in another county since it probably would’ve been finished already if I did.

This court house let's attorneys who don't show up for their client come court date to continue to practice law at their court house without seemingly no questions or repercussions. Hopefully the state bar can step up and stop this particular bald attorney from costing more clients their future

Came here to say just to get a copy of an official document. Had to wait like two hours. Almost every teller window was closed. Really slow service and inefficient building.

The bailiffs at entrance are always nice. Building is always fairly clean, stocked of bathroom supplies, etc & in working order. Getting restraining order paperwork is a bit crazy like dmv w the check in kiosk & wait for your # to be called system

Have letter saying to go online to pay some fees--> I can't do it online, they say pay over phone--i call, they say I can't pay over the phone, they say pay with check or in person!! What a idiotic system!!! --> what the hell do they care how people pay?!? Morons . That's why people hate courts, court workers, court system, cops, CHP--the system is rotten and corrupt to the bones
