As retired Spirit-filled pastors - still actively ordained - we know a good and healthy church when we see one. We started out as visitors but now attend weekly in spite of the drive from Pagosa Springs.
The difference is worth the distance for us. Only Jesus is glorified, all church leaders don't grandstand for themselves, but are wrapped in humility, love for the congregants, and love for the Lord.

Pine Valley Church in Bayfield is a church that is spiritually alive! It is grounded in the Bible and preaches life and relationship through Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Scott Kujath's leadership and team bring the best teachings, worship, guidance, fellowship, and opportunities for actual growth that my husband and I have EVER experienced in our lives. Outreach to bring others the Gospel is part of this living, breathing, Body of Christ, by following Jesus and Scriptural Truth, not culture. What a joy to find and be part of!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Think twice before allowing your children to attend this church or its youth group services. Misogynistic, predatory behavior.
