After pregnancy and birth, I’ve found my appointments here to be extremely supportive. I notice a difference in how I feel and it’s always positive, never too much. Dr. Carrie takes the time to explain things to me, and offers suggestions for things I can do at home. The massage is a wonderful add - very relaxing, making my body more receptive to the chiropractic work afterwards. But what I most appreciate is how personable and accommodating everyone is. Victoria always welcomes me by name, even after only a couple of visits, and Dr. Carrie is kind enough to ask after my newborn daughter, empathizing with what it feels like to be a first time mom. I feel very welcomed and it’s well worth the drive from Durango!

I have a very complicated spine after major spine surgery so it is hard to tell what has helped as I have had acupuncture, Lazer light , massage and Chiro and it has helped . The staff, especially Dr Carrie have worked closely with me and I feel her energy. I will continue treatment.

I am a part timer up in Vallecito...when my back went completely out I knew I needed help and wow was I glad I chose Pine River. Allen gave me the best deep tissue massage - or is there a such thing as super deep! WOW is all I can say - I was flat on my back literally for three days before I went...wish I had gone the first day. My whole experience here was fantastic. I will be back, even if I am not in pain...that was amazing!

Dr. Bergfield is the best chiropractor I've ever used. She explains exactly what she feels is going on and with two treatments and no X-rays needed,
I was feeling good. This after 3 weeks and an emergency room visit where the doc there couldn't find a thing wrong.

After months of PT,, And I will say that was also way good.. I scheduled a massage , acupuncture , and Lazer treatment ment for my Neck, Shoulder, and Hip. After that was the first day, since April I was pain free. It lasted about 2 days.. the next treatment now 4 days ago is still holding.. I'm going back again next week and can't wait.

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Bergfalk for my chiropractic needs. She is the first person I have ever been able to trust enough to crack my neck and I always leave there feeling great. I am always able to be seen right away when I make an appointment and the location of her office is very convenient.

Best chiro I've ever tried and I have tried too many to count. Specifically in Bayfield, this is the only place worth your time. It's almost shameful how much better this place is compared to the others in town.
