I was very excited to come in and get to know the campus as I had previously heard great things about it. I went in for an orientation and had gone in at 5 which I’m guessing is the last hour of the day for an orientation. Everyone was very sweet upon my arrival up until I met with Shaun Skeusch. He really made me question how one could treated like just a number and a tuition. He was very passive aggressive and made me feel like just a number and very pressured to get Registered instead of listening to my concerns. He insisted I take out a loan if I wasn’t able to pay for the program. Never in my life have I felt so pressured and uncomfortable. I thought he was there for assistance and encouragement but he truly made me very uncomfortable and discouraged on assisting this school and program. I was truly excited before this but he truly made me feel like just a number and not a person who was trying to further their career and medical goals. Also do not schedule an orientation at 5 otherwise you will be pressured to get registered and out the door as quick as possible!

I loved my experience in Pima's vet assistant program! The hands-on training and essential curriculum really prepared me for the field and the teachers are very nice and helpful. Just make sure to attend class regularly to stay on track.

I just finished my dental assisting program and I So happy that I got the opportunity to learn at Pima Medical Institute because they are very caring about their students and make sure your needs are met. I didn’t plan on going to Pima at first, but it came across when I was looking into schools and I liked all the reviews and the program itself Intrigued me because of how they would teach the students. I like that when they teach they are very hands-on with everything instead of just sitting in a class and doing work they have you working on skills you’ll need for future jobs. All of the staff there is very friendly, They always helped with questions and concerns if I ever had any. Anyone looking to go to school to become a medical assistant or a dental assistant or even a vet assistant this school is a really good place to look into. My favorite teacher is Margarita, she was a great teacher and pushed me to do better as a person and as a dental assistant. She is very caring and always made sure all of her students are okay. If you consider being a dental assistant you will have an amazing time with Margarita! Caroline is such an amazing extern coordinator. She went above and beyond with making sure I was placed at a location that I was comfortable with. She also helped me with any questions and concerns.

This facility crushed my daughter’s desire to want to start school . I am a single mother that does NOT make much . After them processing financial aid they told her to would have to pay $700 dollars a week immediately after she started training there. I have never in my life heard of such a thing . They did not try to help any further and had the audacity to tell her she was making a mistake to not go their institute, as if we had that type of money or else why apply for financial aid . Disappointing

I am currently enrolled at Pima, and the last couple months have been amazing. I’m in the Dental Assistant program and my instructor, Tanya Elespuru, has taught me more than I ever thought I would know. She’s an amazing instructor, and overall great person. For sure one of the best people that I have ever met, and I’m so glad to have her as an instructor at this campus. If you’re interested in becoming a DA, then this is the school for you! 10/10 school, and 100/10 instructor!

The MA program was an amazing experience . The instructors were both awesome. I highly recommend this school if you are looking into anything in the medical field !
