This is an update to my previous experience and reviews. I received a call from the therapist, and sje apologize for the service received. Sje offered to change my mother to the 7am therapist who would definitely be there, and since then, the experience has been great. She was available for the last visit, and my mother stated she was satisfied. I'd rather not have had to write the
previous review, but receiving an apology and corrected service is appreciated and growth. As her caregiver, her health and our time are top priority, Thank you so much for reaching out and making the experience much better.

At the Conyers location, the therapist work well when they show up. Booking a 7am appointment almost guarantees you to not have a receptionist open and ready and a therapist present. One therapist said we will just go a little over as if the patient or one bringing the patient doesn't have a job to keep as well. It's 7:15am and there's no receptionist and the therapist who already had their 2 patients started in front of us is now having to take us because the correct therapist isn't here. I don't like bad reviews but truth is truth. Do better Physiotherapy, patients keep your doors open.

The staff is great! Especially Kyle one of the Occupational Therapists/Hand Therapists! He is one of the BEST therapists I have ever had and I've had many over the years. Honestly, I'm so glad I chose this location.

I have nothing but good to say about Alexxis Williams, PT, my physical therapist at Physio (Physiotherapy Associates} in Conyers, GA! She is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Alexxis identified issues I had that needed attention, then provided me with a workable plan that I could actually do in the comfort of my home. I'm a happy patient!

Tawaih Sanders is one of the best Physical Therapists that l have ever seen. I have been receiving treatment and care for chronic shoulder pain. She is hands on (literally), she listens and she is very knowledgeable. She is also punctual, and this location is run very well.

I was referred to Physio for therapy because they accept Medicare for payment. My PT, Tawiah, is very knowledgeable, great in assessing what needs to be done to achieve the desired result. At the same time she is very friendly and personable I would recommend her services to anyone needing physical therapy.
