They don't even deserve one star. this company is ridiculous I don't see how the courts even reference this place. And the lady behind the phone Vania thinks shes big and bad. very rude and unprofessional. she is definitely getting reported. Nasty attitude . if you don't like your job then quit. they take your money and play in your face. then tell you to email a week later they still don't email back. Vania needs to be fired or reported. Stated she was the supervisor. She shouldn't be anything but out of a job

REPORT THIS ORGANIZATION TO THE BOARD OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES, there’s support with numbers. This group is unlicensed and taking court ordered classes, it is illegal to take court ordered classes unlicensed or allow unlicensed professionals to run classes. My group manager told me as the only woman in the group I was the problem and that women pretty much are abusers if they get beat! Stop allowing them to get away with it just because it’s court ordered because riverside is unaware of their lack of following bbs laws and ethics. They prey on their clients due to them assuming we are all uneducated due to having a criminal background, report report report there is power in numbers! Here is my report to the office documents via email, and their response was they can do nothing about it and they would “talk to the group lead” then have ignored my questions about my money since

Lori or Laura “the manager” is the worst person to speak to at this company. Please swap her out! We were calling numerous times to speak to them because we needed help and little to find out she was purposely ignoring us. She said it herself. Lori’s words were “you were blowing us up” well then answer your phone? this is suppose to be professional counseling business right? Then act like it. ADVICE to anyone who has to take this classes. DONT COME HERE. They’re not understanding, they are not helpful, and they just don’t work with you. People have to take these classes seriously, and they just laughing up there saying “ we were weren’t the reason why you are here” “we have other people to tend to” “we can’t help you direct you to someone else” like what kind of business are you guys running. Yeah Lori sucks as a manger.

These people are extremely rude and unprofessional!! Never in my life have I ever experienced such rudeness! They need to be shut down !!! They have no intention of helping anyone ! My best advice to anyone that has to deal with this office is to call the BBB and file a complaint!

I wish I can give them no stars! Someone need to look into this company. The women that said she’s a manager was so rude and disrespectful. She speaks to you like she owns the place. She treated us like we were animals. When you ask a question she gets aggressive and starts to yell at you. Then tell you to stop yelling… I’m confused!!!! She seems like she needs anger management herself!! They just take your money and don’t care about the people. I’m going to file a complaint with court and the better business bureau.. something is going on here if you ask me! Stay away from the big women that has the McDonald’s eyebrow that’s way to full of herself. Honey you can be replaced! Remember to be kind to others because it will bite you in the a**. Btw you should work on your people skills! You take a few lessons from me that will be $50 and $50 each class! I don’t know if I can add a special finger for you!

You’ve been warned! I have been trying to get my classes done for over a year. At first I wasn’t able to pay I applied to see if my payments can get lowered but was never given a call or appointment so 3 weeks later I was kicked out. Had to reinstate the big lady gave me such a hard time with everything. I asked her about my previous classes said I needed to get my minuete which I did and returned back she made me wait at least 30mins. Then she said that I violated my probation that she sent a letter to the court so I would have to clear it up. I just don’t understand these people. Ya go to class in one city but have to report to another one and when I call to ask a question they obviously don’t know because there not my office so I get transferred it goes to voicemail I leave a voicemail do I get a call back? No. I send multiple emails do I get emailed back? No it almost feels like the more I try to get answers the more I have problems with everything. Do not come here it’s a scam. I have never felt so helpless at a counseling program it just dose not make sense.

This place is ridiculous they should shut down , I’ve completed my classes since April and the court has not received a report since December, reports are due every 3months ! N the staff at the Ellsworth office are so rude and ridiculous her name is vaina she was so rude talking nonsense as if I don’t know how the program runs ! She should get fired or do her job right ! They currently aren’t taking new enrollments then maybe they should take they’re availability of the court system! This place is ridiculous!!!I sent a5$ payment n since is wasn’t the right office my money was just lost ! Do better ! Or get off the system!

Extremely rude, unprofessional, greedy, unresponsive (unless you forgot to pay) I reached out in phone in person and over email to get an answer to a simple question and havent had a response in 2 weeks. I just paid them $100 and Im basically homeless on food stamps. I am going as far as to call this a scam
