love the receptionist. the dentist on the other hand...a joke. i need 2 teeth pulled....15 mins before i was to go they cancelled. having to wait a month for each appt, for my first 4 visits all they did was take xrays and talk about options...5 months later i was getting mad def after they cancelled on me. well finally got the teeth pulled....need follow up appt and some fillings...been calling for a month and each time i get " she is busy or on lunch right now, can we have her call you back" still no call back been calling every week. horrible place looking for a new place.

This is not a good place. My wife needed a lot of work done to her teeth. They told her she could have two teeth pulled or one pulled and go 100 miles to get a a root canal, but the day she was getting the teeth pulled they canceled saying the dentist wasn’t coming in. We went to another dentist to find out she needed Four teeth pulled and a root canal and they would do it all. Being it’s the only place I can go that accepts my new insurance I’m going anyhow, still not my favorite place. I did add a few stars.

The dentist you have has zero bedside manner, when my eight year old was there she told him not to ask me questions about what was being done to him, and that he could only ask her questions. Definitely do not recommend them.

Just make sure you stay the hell away from the Waterloo location.

They are not a good place. Refused to help my husband last Dec when he was having a heart attack on main street. They do nothing for this town or any person.
