Still waiting on them to show up. Paid $600 on March 15th to flag property lines for a new to us home so we can install a fence for our pups. Received a phone call on March 30th that someone would be here the next day at 8 AM. Rescheduled previous plans to be available at 8 AM and 2 1/2 hours later still haven't seen them nor heard from them. Called the office at 10:30 to determine if they are still to be expected and the receptionist came back on the line and said they would be here in 30 minutes. No explanation on the reason for the delay and no apologies for the delay. Now another hour has passed and they still haven't shown up. It's almost noon for an 8 AM appointment, THEY scheduled, and still waiting. I patiently waited over 2 weeks for them to do the job out of respect for their busy schedule. I just wish they were as respectful for their customers' busy schedules.

I had a specific request in advance which they said would be honored. It was the only reason I hired them, however they reneged. Their field person was exceptionally loud. Managers were unaccountable.

Let me start with Cassie, Cassie...she's very professional and knows her job, excellent responsiveness person. Oh! and Chris...he's a excellent listener as well, they both are an excellent team player. I did business over the phone, it went very well, however if I left the rest of team out I must apologize. I couldn't make it to the office. Last but not least, the men did a great job putting down the stakes in the yard. I wasn't home on 7-20-2020, guys if you'll are thinking about a land survery, don't hesitate to call Patrick and Associates Inc.
