My new counselor, Tiffany Flowers, didn't even show up for my 1st appointment. No email, no call, no excuse, just flat out disregarded me. When you really need a counselor and they don't show up, that's pretty low. So thankful I learned this character trait about her now!

Tiffany Flowers did not show for our appointment. I didn’t receive a call from her office about the miss appointment until 6 days after to reschedule. She then fraudulently billed my insurance and included a diagnosis even though we never had the appointment. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND
