My son was attending Parisi speed school then we decided to take a break and after a month we noticed his speed had declined. On top of that, he got injured and he took some time off from playing soccer. After returning to the soccer field we noticed that he would need extra help to get back in shape and on track with his speed and strength. We signed him again for Parisi Speed School and after just 3 weeks we noticed that he improved a lot and he is on track where he used to be. Just for reference, he is 12 years old and he is taking Total Performace classes. I would recommend to everyone Parisi Speed School. Thank you Parisi for doing an amazing job with out athletes!!!

My son had a great experience at Parisi. The training helped him build speed and strength, while teaching him proper form and purpose of training. He has seen improvement in the sports he plays and also has a great foundation of lifelong strength and fitness.

Been working with Paul and his team for a couple months now. I’m an amateur competitive volleyball player and needed something more impactful than the training I was doing. Paul made workouts curated to our sports and I’m already seeing gains. My buddy’s kid also takes their classes and gained 3 inches in her vert! Really cool

I would highly recommend checking out Parisi Speed School to any young athlete or parent of a young athlete looking to improve their speed and athletic performance. My 11-year old son started out with private lessons with Coach Austin and is now in the group training classes. Every one of the coaches here are top level and dedicated to their athletes. They were not only able to pinpoint my son’s physical needs but also the appropriate level of feedback he needs as a young athlete. He has gotten faster, stronger, and has increased confidence as a result of the coaching he receives from Paul and his staff. Time and money well spent!

My kids want to train! My kids weren't necessarily the kind to want to go running before Parisi SD. But they love coming. I really never get complaints about coming either, which says a lot with their busy schedules. The coaches here are fun, encouraging, and push just the right amount. The coaches celebrate the achievement of milestones and keep it personal.

I see a ton of improvement in the way my kids run. One of my kids took 16% off the time it takes to run the bases in baseball within a few months of training.

Another benefit of Parisi SD is that it is a place that feels safe for the kids. The kids can train in an environment comfortable for them and as a mom, I feel safe if I need to step out for a class. A great foundational program for any sports my kids may want to do and should help them avoid injury by helping them move right. Keep up the good work Parisi SD!

My son has been with Parisi SD since opening day. He's an active 9 year old playing AAU basketball year around and other seasonal sports. Since he's begun training at Parisi he's made significant improvements. Even his coaches have approached me telling me how much faster and more coordinated he's gotten. He loves to train and he's noticed himself how much faster he is down the court than he was before. He better understands how to use his body as a whole. I cannot say enough about the coaches. They are all beyond excellent and know how to handle the kids. They ensure the kids' safety while training and know just how to motivate them. Parisi has become part of our routine and he looks forward to it every week. He's even chose going to a Parisi class over activities with his friends!
