Best massage ever !!
Denny was just amazing and very attentive to what I needed, we talked about my work and some of the issues I have, and in her vast experience she offered me such therapy.

This place was a hidden gem, I enjoyed my time there and was able to relax with as much privacy as I wanted, plenty of room to be on your own and enjoy a book or a drink while soaking
View upstairs is nice and great place to come with friends and just chill

Awesome Place... Off the Beating Path, Private, You can enjoy yourself! Didn't feel like a 3 ring circus like other places in town. This is my go to place for a Hot Spring in Pagosa.. Worth every penny..

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Overlook Hot Springs I am from Pagosa myself. But even after living here as long as I have it is super glorious to be able to have a hot tub and Overlook are gorgeous scenery. Mason at the front end was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this as a spot to check out and enjoy the scenery.

MASSAGE was excellent. We are visiting from out of town. From the time we called until we left, the customer service was excellent. Morgan booked our appointment. He suggested we come and soke for an hour prior to the massage. Michelle greeted us. She provided a tour and gave us a towel and robe. We headed upstairs and were not disappointed. Incredible view. Our massages from Pam and Julie were the best we ever had. Then they gave us a free drink of choice. Very relaxing. Showers were nice. They provide shampoo and conditioner. They do not provide footwear. They do not have a bathing suit spinner but do provide plastic bags to place wet items in. We went early and they were not busy. The people that came off the mountain to soak come in after 4.

The place seems kind of chincy. There is no drying machine for bathing suits in the locker rooms and you need to bring your own lock if you want to lock your things up. We went yesterday and the pools were extremely hot. I mentioned it to the desk person in our way out and he said “oh, yeah. Our cooling system is broken”. It would have been nice to know that up front. It was too hot to even enjoy.

Lovely stop after being on the road camping for a few days. Michelle was super friendly & kind. We arrived right when they opened & had the entire place to ourselves. Started with the rooftop tubs & ended in the cold plunge & indoor pools. Showers & changing area exactly what we needed before getting on the road again. Appreciated the hair dryer! Great rate ($24/person ‘off season’).

This was a wonderful experience very thoughtful laid back and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was amazing and the set up was unique I will definitely be back. Thanks for such a wonderful experience Cary and staff definitely a win for my husbands birthday

We absolutely loved it here. We almost didn't come here because the photos are not as impressive. But pictures can apparently be deceiving because this was our favorite of the three springs we went to in town. Tubs were hot, and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely return next time we were in the area. We went to the Hot Springs Resort across the street and couldn't believe how crowded, overpriced, snooty, and unimpressive it was. Would recommend this place instead if you're trying to decide where to go.
