Overcomers doesn't care about your mental health just money as far as billing goes. My therapist though it AMAZING! I dont know how I could function in life if she hadn't come into my life.

What an amazing company. I am 53 and have been in therapy a good portion of my life. I need it to keep me balanced and be a productive member of society. Medicaid decided to cut off my mental health (they do this every few years) but Overcomers had other ideas. I was still able to meet with my therapist today which I really needed after a very successful weekend. I am not sure how they did it but they did NOT LEAVE ME HANGING! What a great example and one we really need in Colorado. I will continue to recommend people to Overcomers. - Dion

I LOVE my therapist and my psychiatrist I am seeing with the practice. However the billing department SUCKS. The request you fill out a payment form, fine, but when updating that form, they do not take into account the updates and there is no way to void the previous billing form. I have called and left messages with the billing department, with the help center, sent messages in the online portal. Still seemingly, nothing is working to get through to the billing department.

All of a sudden ghosted by my therapist. My 12 year old daughter was to begin therapy with her own individual therapist with overcomers and was completely blown off. Few days before her initial appt the therapist told me 4 pm. 2 days before her initial appt the therapist told my daughters dad 3 pm. When I reached out to her for clarification I was completely ignored. We got on the telehealth (google meet) appt at 3 and she just didn’t show. Totally unprofessional. Such a shame that people struggling with mental health issues are being ghosted by licensed professionals with 0 explanation whatsoever.

After having so, so many bad experiences with therapists, I found my perfect therapist at Overcomers Counseling. She's incredibly kind, understanding, and we get along perfectly. It's like she knew all of me from day 1. I have intense trust issues, but I can trust her with my emotions and thoughts. The rest of my family also goes to Overcomers for counseling, and they love it as well.

Got me on Adderall and then provided just disappeared. Was told I’d hear back from them or another provider and have heard nothing. NPs are always having vacations or emergencies and will cance without notice but will charge you for no shows. Crazy Edit: After this post and speaking to a rep who didn’t indicate as such, they have dropped me from services although my insurance is listed on their website and I’ve been with the same since I began. Even crazier.

My intake appointment was amazing, it was thorough and didn’t feel like someone just reading from a book, it felt like a conversation even though at times we had to rush to answer all the questions in the time we had allotted. They make sure you feel comfortable with whom you’re speaking with and make sure you’re speaking to the right person for you regardless of race, creed, religion everything!

I met with David for the first time. I really appreciated how he listened attentively and answered my questions and was concerned with making me feel valued and respecting my concerns with the medication process. This is very important to me because I have had bad experiences with this in the past with previous providers.
