I want to be brutally honest - therefore, I am not exaggerating at all when I say, how impressed I've been with the outstanding professionalism, patience, kindness, and courtesy I have experienced, as I've been walked through this process. Ana has been extremely informative and has made sure I am not only completely well informed but she has also left the door open for me to return for any additional help or information. Mitch also, contacted me immediately and has helped me with the registration process and I am currently waiting for approval and I'll be all set to start. Five stars for Ortega Counseling! My experience with Alejandra Guzman and Stiven Cortes has been quite wonderful! They are very helpful, kind and empathetic, and are great at guiding you through the entire process.
