I come here 3 times a week for their $1-a-visit weight room. Equipment is a little old and it's kinda small but, hey, it's just a buck so I'm definitely not complaining. Most of the time I'm in here by myself, too. Pool is $5 a visit. Bathrooms are always clean. Staff is very amicable. I hope this place lasts forever.

I go to Gentle Yoga here. Yoga designed for seniors! The instructor Sandra Tara is the best. Very wise, loving and fun. I sign up every semester. You can also drop in to try the class for $3.00! Because it is a Community Center pricing is much lower than other yoga classes. In this case, an hour and a half of gentle yoga designed to aid in weight loss, lower blood pressure, etc. also stretches and strengthens your body.

I only come here for Xteme Step with Anita Cowen aka Coach ABC. She's an AMAZING fitness instructor. Her step class is for those that are serious about their workout! She's fun, a great instructor, is in tip top shape, and the music she plays is FIRE! Check it out. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Great friendly, amicable staff. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The center itself has swimming, weight room, a gym and evening and day opportunities to exercise and enjoy friendly people.

This is a nice place for seniors to sit around in talk play pool have lunch just too mingle with each other you know when they get older they have nothing to do at home so this is a place where they can sit with friends or get to meet friends there's a lot they do there sewing music they take walks around the baseball park is very nice

Only go here for volleyball. Nice enough place, but too small for hanging two simultaneous volleyball courts, as they usual do for my daughter's Volleyball practices.
