I used to love omni telehealth now that they switched to virtual visits through their own site it's horrible. No matter what device I use (cell phone, laptop, or computer) there has been issues where my appointment has been dropped or not connecting properly (even after the success from the test run for the appointment). I wish they had the drs I needed in my area not an hour away. They need to drop their virtual site and just get zoom or allow telehealth again.

Dr. Daug is a great pediatrician. Unfortunately I had a problem with the calling center the operator scheduled my appointment at the wrong facility and I had to drive to Taft instead of being seen in Bakersfield. Anyways needed to take my daughter to see doctor Daug since he is the best pediatrician!!

Worst Experience ever. The MA at the front desk was extremely rude and violated HIPAA with announcing my information very loudly for the whole office to hear. Refused to allow me to take the testing I needed even after their primary doctor ordered it because I wouldn’t change my primary care to there! I’ll never go back.

I have been coming to this facility for many years, starting from the security guard (seeing him a person feels safer). The ladies at the front desk are kind, courteous and are always willing to help, very professional. The nurses are exactly the same. I always want to see the same PA-Jesus Bustamonte. My husband and I have total and complete confidence in him.

My wife went to Omni in Taft California and waited a long time and was told that the Doctor was on vacation again and that the doctor who was on duty was busy seeing other patients but no other patients were around she's a health care worker over 20 years and she came home in pain and told me she had to go to Bakersfield if she needed a doctor better lawyer up Omni!!!

Dr. Bustamante is caring and sensitive to the needs of his patients and listened with intention to the areas of concern. When i left the office i felt a sense of relief that he would help me get to my cause of my condition. He really cares for his patients and its great to find someone who doesn't just see you as a number and rush you out his office but wants to help his patients feel better, and encourages us to wholeness.
