Just finished my PT today after hip replacement surgery. All the staff are great - friendly and helpful. Brooklyn - my therapist was awesome! Very encouraging and always took the time to explain each exercise. She cares about her patients and it shows! She rocks big time!! 👏👍

I have been doing physical therapy going on six months now following two separate shoulder surgeries in 2019 and I couldn’t be happier with all of my hours spent on the tables here.

Walking in the staff is friendly, accommodating, and just all around pleasant to deal with. The process was seamless to start, insurance has been flawlessly handled, and scheduling is super easy with flexibility almost always available to fit any schedule. The assistants are equally as personable and knowledgeable getting you confidently going on your routine and through any exercises you may need to do. And lastly, the therapists themselves are top notch. I have been with four different people (just because of my own scheduling) and every time it’s excellent. I could honestly go on and on about the team they have assembled but I’ll keep it simple.

If you have the choice with your insurance, check this place out.

It felt like I received very little (maybe 10 minutes) of time with an actual physical therapist. The rest of the time was spent having me do the exercises I already do twice a day with a random staff member who doesn’t have knowledge on my injury at all nor the exercises I do. I don’t know how you can justify charging for a full physical therapy session when I am with a physical therapist less than half the time. To clarify- all staff are very friendly and easy to deal with, I am just unhappy with the amount of care I received. Billing has also been really stressful to deal with as their online system is awful to use. After many failed attempts to use the online system, I’ve finally paid my bill last week but today I already received the same bill in the mail. I shouldn’t have to call 3 times in order to pay my bill, I’ve never experienced this from any other health care facility. I won’t be using this business in the future, the price is not worth what you actually receive and the billing issues are highly stressful.

I can not say enough about the incredible group of people who run Northwoods Therapy. I recently had a knee replacement and have been dealing with immense pain. I have seen Ben, Carrie and Jennifer for PT and all three of them have helped me immensely. Physical Therapy has made a huge impact on my recovery. I owe so much to the therapists. Thank You! ❤️

The entire staff at Oakleaf northwoods altoona Wisconsin has faith in me when I didn’t have faith in myself, the helped me get my life back on track through physical therapy and the work conditioning program after rotator cuff surgery I would recommend this place to any and everyone thank you all so very much I truly appreciate you all 💯♥️
