Do not pay for consultation. Vitaly Musienko, the paralegal gentleman, does not know what his doing. Paid 50$ for wasting my time. I know immigration really well. I've done research in the past five years. F1 visa holders do not need the i539 form to transfer out to another school, and schools do not hold I539 receipts. Schools only issue I 20 to students. There is a difference between visa stamps and current status. On f1 visa, the stamp on your passport can expired but at the same time, you can remain in the us as long as you're attending and are enrolled in a school. Now, if you wish to change your f1 visa status(nonimmigrant) to other nonimmigrant visas, now you do have to use the I 539 form. He does not know that.

I was in an EB3 immigration process for truck drivers with this man. I waited patiently for several months for my case to move forward. One day I received a message simply saying that this man had been fired by the immigration law firm. After several months of waiting, I contacted the firm in question again to learn that they had closed my file without notice. It was then that I realized that my file seems to have dragged on for a year and a half and does not even seem to have been submitted to immigration. Because of they bickering, I would have to find a new immigration firm and start from the beginning. If I hadn't contacted the law firm, I would probably still be dreaming. It is a very emotional experience. #eb3 #truck driver #immigration
