Best gym ever! Very clean facility. The environment is very friendly and positive. The class schedule is so convenient, I can always find a class to join when I am limited on time. The coaches are amazing, they really work with you to develop and stick to a plan that works with the goals you set. I have always struggled with staying consistent with my fitness routine but this gym does all of the planning, all you have to do is show up.

Fit body forever has been the perfect place for me to start my journey of getting in shape. I have never worked out in my life and at 65 years old I decided I needed some help. The workouts are doable and they have trainers there to help you!! The classes are about 10-15 people that are on the same mission as you!! They are the best part because you build friendships and they inspire you to keep pushing to do your best!! Give it a try you will be surprised how much you love it!!

I have been coming to the North Columbus Fit Body Forever Rock Star Coaching classes for 2 months and Absolutely Love It! The facility is great and the coaches are professional and knowledgeable. My favorite part of my workout is the wide variety of exercises that we do at each session. I can already see and feel the difference in my

Fit Body Forever is the best program for 55+. I started 4 months ago and it is amazing the stamina and energy I have now. The coaches encourage and push (gently) so that you give the most that you can. The camaraderie is awesome. It is the only exercise program that I actually get excited about going to.

The coaches will help you reach your fitness goals no matter what your current situation may be. The gym is clean, and the vibe is inviting. Gym members are encouraging and welcoming.
