What i thought would be a beneficial exposure for our son is turning out to be an exceptional learning experience with potential of personal growth and development. Best martial arts gym in town hands down. I trained various disciplines in my youth and burned out quickly from all. Clearly I wasn't training the right ones, jiu jitsu and muay thai! The sooner you start, the better your capabilities for self defense, the quicker you meet determined friends, and the better your life becomes from the training and determination it provides.

My son joined approximately 3 weeks ago and he absolutely loves it. He also in taekwondo and goes to classes 3 days a week and does not stop him from giving a 100% at this school 5 days a week. He enjoys it so much he stays for 3 hours a often as he can. The coaches are awesome and very pationate about what they do and have even gotten my fiance to join which has built up his confidence. They both love doing this and I honestly belive it's because how great the instructors are. Needles to say I know they will both continue to make this a part of their daily lives and strive to take advantage of all of the benefits of being a part of such an awesome establishment. ?

Norcal fitness coop is the best!
Took my child to a few martial arts gyms over the last years, this is the one he enjoyed the most.

I visited this academy for their open mat while traveling up from the Sacramento area. Such a cool group of athletes. Jake was such an awesome and friendly host. Got to roll with a bunch of great athletes, and learned a lot from my conversations with them afterwards. I'll definitely be back.

My 4 year old son and I train here. The coaching from the kids class, no gi,gi, and Muay Thai is all very thorough. The atmosphere is inviting for hobbyist and competitors alike. They show take downs ,submissions and fundamentals in a safe and informative manner in the kids class and they are provided the space to practice them. Check them out you won’t regret it.
