I’ve tried most of the gyms in Longmont. Group classes, solo workouts, circuits, yoga workouts, you name it. NoCo Performance is by far the best. I look forward to going to each class. I feel disappointed when I miss a day. Workouts are dynamic and fun, but knock your socks off hard. The coaching staff is incredible. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive of everyone. All at the same time you might have an adult class going, a youth class, athletes training, someone doing pole vault, someone getting a massage, and folks getting physical therapy, all while everyone is cheering each other on (well, minus the massage folks). Seriously, if you are looking for a gym, this is the one.
