Beyond unprofessional. Our appointment was at 12…wasn’t seen until 2. The “psychologist” saw my son for 5 minutes and assumed he was an angry child that needed mood stabilizers from nowhere. Didn’t ask any questions about his mood or his interests or anything. Accused him from running away from school because he wants to get high with his friends. My son is 14 and Autisitc. He also stated he couldn’t be autistic because he didn’t “look or sound” autistic 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️. Again no questions about his 12 year diagnosis or issues that he struggles with. You can see from the video how rude he was just because I asked a question. He triggered my son who started to get upset and tried to leave the office and laughed in his face, egging him on while he was getting angrier. You can hear the “doctor” saying “Ahh beautiful” at the end of the video as my son starts to get upset. This man should have whatever fake license he has revoked.

Great place they helped me out well people complain about the food from Piccadilly it's cold 1 microwave. Most of y'all like myself were out on the street getting high every barely eating. Then want to complain about a place that going to get you better and back on the right track 💞 👍

The owners of this place are Incredibly cheap. All meals are cold and probably come free from Piccadilly Circus and we (patients) have one microwave to heat all meals. One pot of coffee for all staff and patients every morning. That's right, One pot. All rules are not written down so they yell at you when you break them. After four days I couldn't take it any longer. The whole place needs a paint job. Not a plant in the whole facility. The owners must be pocketing the government money they receive. Did I mention there were only five of us patients even though there were 30 or 40 cots, not beds, available. TV reception was unwatchable. No book swap. No exercise room. No toiletries so bring your own. The staff are way overworked too. I felt like a prisoner rather than a patient.

I really enjoy my therapist however, whenever I have made an appointment with the doctor, it has been a ridiculous wait time.
I always have to wait. My appointment was for 10:00am. I got to the office around 9:00am. It is now 10:30 and I'm still waiting. I need my medication and Marta Mobility will be back to pick me up 11:00. I feel that the doctor has no respect for my time or my needs. Is it right for me to have to be in his office as expected but, he doesn't care about my time?

I can’t speak highly enough of this place. They saved my life. I entered this facility in 2010 as a very broken addict. Today, I am 13 years clean. Alfred Williams and his counseling sessions saved my life. I wish that I could repay Newport for what they have done for my life, but that would be impossible, as it’s priceless. Thank you all so much! Alfred Williams, Dr. Moseri (all of you) and all the amazing staff, from the bottom of my heart. I told yall I’d make it! 😉 Love to you all! ❤️

The only doctor there is rude and didn't care of my treatment plan and medication that made me very sick. I'm finding another Doctor that truly cares about me and my health treatment with medication. He just threw me on medication that he thought would work and I stayed in a zombie state .....

I advise anyone who is seeking help go somewhere else. The Doctor is rude,disrespectful , doesn’t know how to communicate properly and he prescribe all his patient with Lithium without doing a properly diagnosis. The nurse Rose which is his wife and she is very disrespectful and nasty. This facility does not help anyone at all. They only make you worst. The facility is ran by a bunch of crooks. Mr. Willie is the biggest crook well counselor. They need to shut this place down. I am currently in the process with trying to get them to lose their license. They can’t keep getting away with how they treat people. Please ppl don’t waste your time going here.

Newport health has saved my life.The doctor's,consulers, and staff are very perfehanal and understanding. Ive been clean and sober for 17 months and still going.I look forward to group sessions and one on one counseling with my consuler.please anyone out there seeking help with addiction please don't wait to the bitter ends get help.
