Both locations do not answer their phones. It will also be days before you get a call back. I took off work to come to the appointment that was made for my daughter and the door was locked no one was responding. I called both locations and was sent to voicemail. There times are not accurate to when they are actually open. I am pissed off I drove 45 minutes from my job just for no one to answer or call to cancel this appointment that was made. There was no confirmation or anything. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional

I have NEVER experienced such a grievous and blatant disregard for HIPA-A and a patient's well being as a did at Newbridge. Even though I had scheduled my appointment over a week before, they neglected to inform the psychologist that she had an appointment. I was not aware of this. I became aware when the receptionist,on speaker phone, called another receptionist to ask about me. They also were unaware of which insurance they accepted and didn't accept despite confirming that they did indeed take my insurance when I scheduled. They also claimed that, even though I am well over 18, that they needed a parent to confirm the appointment. Newbridge even went so far as to say they called my mother to ask about the appointment. I found this out only because the ENTIRE conservation was on speaker and clearly audible in the lobby. This is gross violation of HIPA-A regulations and Patient Privacy laws. Run as far from this place as you can!
