I first had TMS around a decade ago and it allowed me to feel like a normal person again and allowed me to stop all the medication. Such a relief! The reason this time was somewhat different but knowing the previous results I knew that I would choose TMS every time. Add to that the staff was delightful and I loved seeing them. The person inside is coming back to me.

I came straggling into this place after nearly a decade of almost constant trauma, and the last 2-3 years on the street and in and out of institutions. My take away, TMS not only works, it will change your life. Even if only to alleviate one of the many mental health symptoms we experience as humans, it’s 100% worth doing. As far as the staff at neurostim/port orchard, I have even more consummate faith in. I was treated with such dignity, kindness and genuine compassion every step of the way throughout this process, and without question these women went above and beyond their job requirements. I love them dearly. You couldn’t get a better medical or simply human experience from them. That’s the truth. My truth anyway. Hopefully if you give it a shot, it will also be yours;)

This place is very calming and pleasant! I was trying to find an alternative to therapy or medication. It was a little uncomfortable at first, then it just became routine. After 4 weeks I noticed my mood became more elevated and I became very optimistic I was on the right path to recovery.

I was skeptical to try TMS but at a point in my life that what I was doing wasn’t working and I needed to do something, anything different. I had a video consult with Courtney and she was amazing and reassuring. After encountering many obstacles with my insurance that Kim handled with such professionalism I was finally ready to get started. At my first visit Marissa made me feel so comfortable and let me ask as many questions as I needed to and took away the anxiety I was feeling. Mandy and Paige were equally as amazing and went above and beyond at every visit. All 5 of the ladies have made me and my family feel so welcome. The treatment itself has been nothing short of incredible. I went from being almost nonfunctional from PTSD, depression and dissociation to feeling happy and mentally better than I have felt in my adult life. Thank you all so much for all that you have done for me. I can’t quit telling people about how you have changed my life for the better. There are not enough words to describe the appreciation I feel for all of you.

I had some reservations about TMS. And then I did the treatments. In the end - although I started to notice a change in how I felt even earlier on - It was clearly all worth my time, energy, and the mild discomfort that comes with some treatment protocols.

In fact, my close friends noticed a change in me before I did. They said I was more present in social settings; more engaged with others. The cloud of my depression was lifting. And by the end of the treatments, I knew I was in a better place emotionally.

I don’t know if this is a permanent re-wiring, but for now, I’m happy I did it. I hope my new way of being will last forever. But if it doesn’t, I’ll go back and do it all over again.

Last but certainly not least, the staff at NeuroStim TMS in Port Orchard was excellent. Each person I encountered was consistently patient, pleasant, professional, and very well-versed in TMS. They seemed genuinely happy to answer all of my question (and I had many over the month + that I was there.)

I can say many more positive things about my experience with NeuroStim’s staff and the results of my TMS treatments. Suffice it to say that I highly recommend, without hesitation , giving it a try if you’re dealing with depression and / or anxiety. It works!
