My mom missed her PCP appointment because of transportation issues with this company. I highly highly advise Medicaid and Medicare to reconsider their partnerships with companies like this that consistently cause patients to miss important appointments.

This company couldn't be more unreliable if they tried. Numerous occasions they have left my 92 year old father without transportation for his dialysis treatments. Shame on United Health Care and ACCS AZ for using them with seniors. I hope they are sued out of existence as this is cruel treatment of our elderly and they are fraudulent in promises of transportation.

If I had the option to give this company 0 stars I would. Transportation was scheduled for 12:30 pm no one showed up. I called the company at 1:13 pm and the receptionist said “she stuck in traffic on the i10 and it will be 28 mins.” Mind you I’m looking on google maps and there is no traffic that’s reported. I called my moms insurance when they talked to the receptionist she said the driver is running 18 mins late. I would not recommend this company for anyone that is in need of transportation through their insurance. After you call the first time they will not answer the phone after that. As I’m writing this the driver showed up 2 hours late. Everyone knows any doctor will not see you after your appointment time. So thanks to this poor quality service my mother has to wait another almost 2 months for her appointment.
