I was really nervous about taking my teen to see a therapist. It’s hard to know where to begin and there’s plenty of stigmas surrounding going in to see someone. I am so happy we went to see MacKenzie, it’s truly created so many breakthroughs for our entire family and I would totally recommend this practice to anyone, especially families navigating the teenage years.
