Don't know where my family would be without the kind, patient and knowledge Kimberly Pettis has and shares with my daughter. She has been there EVERY step of the way for this very difficult journey. As a mom I am grateful to her for her guidance and for ALWAYS being there for my daughter and family. Saw Kimberly for a while. We got along well. She canceled several times on me and had to reschedule several times. But I figured that's just life. I started a treatment program in March, and in April, I gave her an update and asked her to mail me back some items of mine that she has. Eleven days later, I still hadn't heard from her, so I reached out again. I even went to the group who was overseeing her practice. I haven't heard from her since 4/6/21. Four months. After I told her that I attempted suicide. She doesn't appear to care. She ghosted me. Very unethical. Very unprofessional. And she still has my stuff and hasn't mailed it back to me.
