I highly recommend MP3 Therapy and Dutch Thomson. Literally this type of treatment is magical. It still doesn't fit in my head how it works, but believe me, it has been excellent for us. In the last 5 years, from Houston to Denver, I have continued to follow Dutch, not only because he helped me, but also my son who is a high performance triathlete. Dutch has given him the stability and strength to continue in his sport. I no longer go to dutch to cure myself of pain or instability. He cured this in me. Now I’m still seeing him for the maintenance where he always takes us to the exact point to avoid injuries in the future.

Thanks DUTCH THOMPSON and MP3 Therapy

Working with Dutch is an amazing experience. I have Neck, shoulder, back and hip injuries and never would have thought that I could alleviate most of my daily pain using techniques associated with Neuroplasticity. His ability to explain and demonstrate the different exercises has enabled me to incorporate them into my daily routine and alleviate stress point. Then the coordination/physical training exercises…way to much fun!!! I strongly recommend anyone who is in pain and or wants to increase their athleticism to work with Dutch!

I have been seeing Dutch for several months. I went to him almost unable to walk from an L5 spinal issue. I am so happy with the results I am getting as we work together. I was not getting good results with physical therapy. I did not feel a personal investment and commitment from PT. Some of the interventions we work on are from PT but a majority of the interventions are crafted from Dutch knowing my physical abilities and goals. His unique use of his training in brain, nerve and therapy modalities are new and motivating. My training is totally personal to my unique needs. I highly recommend this approach to strength and physical training. Dutch has clients from high level athletes to the everyday person trying to have a better quality of life. I am now able to walk dog. Ride my bike and have recently taken up pickleball. Check it out if you want some change.

First of all Dutch is a very caring practitioner who truly is motivated to improve his client's health. He has done so for me in just a few visits. His approach is based firmly in brain and neurological science and was individualized to my specific issues. The knowledge that so many of my problems were actually brain problems (that can be improved through his thorough understanding and application of neuroplasticity) has been an invaluable addition to my healing journey. If you have chronic problems that no health practitioner seems to understand or are getting multiple and different opinions from different specialists I would highly recommend contacting Dutch.

I stumbled upon Dutch in Cheesman Park at a time when I was frustrated by my lack of recovery (and unclear diagnosis (Ab pull, tear or hernia)) from an injury 6 months prior. Initially I continued running, biking and playing tennis. The pain would come and go but eventually I injured it even worse playing tennis, and I was in constant pain. My doctor did a scan (no hernia) and told me to rest for 4-8 weeks. I had no improvement after10 weeks so he recommenced PT. I started PT the same time I met Dutch, who recommended that I work with him while doing PT. I was very skeptical but was anxious to try anything. Long story short, I went to (only) 1 PT session; after just 1 session with Dutch I started feeling markedly better. It has been 6 weeks and I have been improving rapidly ever since I began working with Dutch.

I thought I was just working with Dutch only to fix a specific issue but I am learning so much more than that. I’m in my 50’s, exercise regularly and consider myself to be fit and in good health. I now see that there is so much more to building a strong and healthy body than I previously thought. I recommend Dutch to anyone recovering from an injury or anyone interested in building and maintaining a strong and resilient body as they age.

I was referred to Dutch by my nutritionist, who I began seeing partly because of my plantar fasciitis. After 3 cortisone injections, physical therapy, e-stim, cupping.. I could go on... I was at a loss and desperate for relief from this oppressive pain. My initial session with Dutch blew my mind. This kind of therapy was completely new to me but makes so much sense. Dutch is a great teacher and extremely knowledgable in his field. He gave concise but informative explanations on how to re-train the brain to thrive and not just survive. I look forward to our sessions and have significantly less pain than I did before meeting him. Highly recommend Dutch for anyone with stubborn pain and looking to gain this incredible insight and knowledge on neurological re-programming to alleviate pain!

I learned about Dutch from my parents, he has helped my mom with aging related back pain, and my dad with stroke recovery. I have neck pain and hip pain from a decades old injury. Within the first meeting, over Zoom even, Dutch assessed my muscle imbalances and taught me techniques to regain 'competence' of my neck and pelvis. Truly life-changing. He is passionate about his work and an excellent teacher!

In just a few visits, I’ve seen a big improvement in my neck and back discomfort. Dutch has also helped me as I recover from long-covid like symptoms that has impacted my respiratory system. He’s been very careful and calculated about our workouts and I feel that I continue to feel better and improve after every visit. I appreciate his deep knowledge and positive attitude!
