I am in my 60s and wanted strengthening for an upcoming bike-packing trip.

Stephen takes a whole body approach and emphasized the need for training obscure muscle groups. My goal was to be prepared for cycling without getting hurt in the process. Stephen educated me on balance and the need to have strong legs and grip as I age.

My routine is 30 minutes, 3 days a week. During our sessions, Stephen is totally focused on every move that I make, correcting me as we go and being sensitive and addressing any daily pains or aches that I have. Stephen is never distracted with a cell phone, nor any other business while I work out. Every workout is customized for that particular day and adjusted if I have pains from my cycling.

Now I can bicycle up hills without back pain, feel agile, and I am stronger in my upper body. Stephan has also addressed an on-going elbow pain to the point where I can exercise that arm pain free.

I highly recommend Stephen.

I have been working out and trying to find a trainer, program, or something that helps me see results! This is the first time I have found healing from my injuries, I AM getting stronger, and I am seeing results!

First I injured my achilles tendon due to a major strain playing pickleball. It was a bulged on my achilles tendon, and I was not able to run at all! By following the exercises and movements daily, I have healed my achilles and I can now run free from any pain!

Second, I am now feeling stronger and seeing definition I have always wanted to see. I have a goal of three pull ups, as I know that upper body strength will help me for longevity. When I began I was not able to do one pull up and now I can complete 2 full pull ups! I am getting stronger!

Third, I am seeing results! My overall body is able to get up and down off the ground without a thought, I don’t have joint pain, my body is able to stay active in hiking, snow skiing, and other fun outdoor activities! I feel amazing and Stephen Cox has asked me my goals, and developed a program that helps me teach them! He takes time, energy, and thought to give me the right programs to see healing, strength and the results I want to see!

Great young man to work with! He’s very informative and answers all of my questions of why I do certain exercises! He watches as you do the exercises and corrects you when you are not doing it right. He works you too, just enough and knows your limits! Stephen is the best and I highly recommend him!
