Dr. Moore has helped me receive high quality hearing healthcare in this Colorado rural area for many years. Zach is a great listener!! 😊 He was very thorough in assessing my hearing concerns. His recommendations for treatment and therapy were thoughtful and realistic. I felt that he is very up to date on most recent research and treatment modalities. I am incredibly thankful for Dr Zach. I lost my hearing due to an aggressive ear infection. Dr. Zach got me in immediately to determine whether or not the hearing loss was permanent, because he cares and didn’t want me to worry unnecessarily. Thankfully, the hearing loss is temporary. Dr. Zach adjusted my hearing aids to make up for the hearing deficit. As my hearing slowly returns he always has time to adjust my hearing aids accordingly. Dr. Zach is the BEST, most excellent, knowledgeable audiologist. He is compassionate and empathetic and always makes time for his patients. I’m not just a patient. I’m a person he cares about and that is comforting to me. I honestly can’t say enough good about Dr. Zach. Thank you Dr. Zach! I’m fortunate to have you as my audiologist.
