This little spot is truly a little slice of heaven. We usually bring our own food and coolers. There is a Safeway right up the road before you enter the beach area. We also bring our own Water floats and toys ( water guns, shovels, buckets, tennis balls to throw and catch on the water. I highly recommend to bring a Sun Canopy, folding chairs ( sport chairs) as well as some kind of flip flops or water shoes especially for the younger ones. There is a wooden deck/ path that takes you almost to the river but after there are small pebbles rest of the way and they can get extremely hot and can be not so comfortable to walk on especially being barefoot. Bring a beach umbrella if you don't have a Canopy. Bring some kind of tarp to lay on the pebbles or even blankets for you to lay or even sit on. They do have a wooden park bench but if you don't get there real early it would most likely be already taken. I would also suggest to bring Folding Camp Chairs/ Sports Chairs so you can sit right at the edge of the river to dip your feet in. We also bring our own little music speaker to enjoy some nice music. They have plenty of round floats and canoes to rent. Plenty of parking... lots of information hopefully it's helpful. Nice river but definitely bring water shoes or sandals, there’s only rocks. No shade, so bring your own beach tent. They have 2 portable restrooms.

The beach was awesome! Parking was super convenient and plenty of it, there are decent bathrooms there (the earlier you use them the cleaner they are). They allow bar b q's (we had a small one, but saw people with bigger ones) bring water shoes because the rocks in the water are fairly big and can be slippery.

Okay so beautiful beach but a little misleading! No “real” bathrooms! All ports podsies! And they were disgusting and all full! Also whoever left their metal awnings how dare you! Don’t ever come back you make me sick!! Like who does this? They left all their trash too! O ya because they are trash!! I would have taken it if I could! People suck! 1st pic of said trash!! They need a real bathroom with all these people and rentals!

I visited at the end of August on a Saturday, I got there around 11:30 and there was plenty of parking, space to spread out, and spots to choose from. The beach itself is rocky, so sandals are definitely needed. The river was warm and enjoyable to swim around in. It's such a beautiful spot with the tall trees surrounding you!

Russian river get Away! Bass fishing out the back yard was great lots of fish every day,me and Sharon went Ziplining yesterday What a Rush of excitement and fun nice place we are at the owner told us any time just call her nice No middle man rental,Will be back when salmon run up this River nice short vacation,maybe one day we wont have to leave and just call it Home Base!

During the summer months a great spot to hang by the river. Canoe and kayak rentals and a small snack shack on site. Water is calm here. Can get real busy, lots of folks popping up canopies for the day on the rivers edge.

Great spot to go relax. Easy walk. Plenty of parking. Stays sunny till pretty late. Easy river access. Stores close by. It also has bathrooms and a boat ramp.
